Senior SAP PP-PI Functional Consultant S/4HANA (Only W2 )

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP PP-PI Functional Consultant with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI). The consultant will be responsible for production planning, process order management, master data, shop-floor execution, system integration, and S/4HANA modernization initiatives within process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP-PI processes including Master Recipes, Resources, Material Master, BOMs, and Batch Management.
• Manage the complete Process Order lifecycle, including creation, release, scheduling, material staging, goods issue, confirmations, and settlement.
• Configure PI Sheets, Control Recipes, Process Instructions, Process Messages, and electronic signatures for shop-floor automation.
• Support MRP, Demand Management, S&OP, Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), MTS, and MTO planning strategies.
• Integrate PP-PI with MM, QM, CO/Product Costing, PM, SD, and WM/EWM modules.
• Support integration with MES, SCADA, LIMS, and other shop-floor systems using OData, BAPIs, IDocs, APIs, and related technologies.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA PP-DS, MRP Live, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and technical specifications for ABAP development involving BAPIs, BAdIs, enhancements, and user exits.
• Support data migration using Migration Cockpit/LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and data extraction and validation techniques.
• Develop and support SAP Fiori analytical dashboards, ALV reports, and custom reports.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement SAP solutions.
• Support testing, defect resolution, documentation, training, and production deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP-PI / Production Planning for Process Industries.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Expertise in Process Orders, Master Recipes, Resources, BOM, Material Master, and Batch Management.
• Experience with PI Sheets, Control Recipes, Process Messages, and Digital Signatures.
• Knowledge of MRP, PP-DS, MRP Live, Demand Management, S&OP, and CRP.
• Strong integration experience with MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, SCADA, LIMS, and shop-floor systems.
• Knowledge of OData, BAPIs, IDocs, APIs, and SAP integration concepts.
• Experience creating FDDs and functional specifications for ABAP teams.
• Knowledge of LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, BDC, and data migration.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting/analytics.
• Understanding of batch/continuous process manufacturing.
