Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer SAP Joule tenants
- Manage Joule Admin Center configurations
- Provision and manage environments across DEV, QA, and PROD
- Configure tenant-level settings and enterprise policies
- Monitor platform health and usage metrics
- Manage upgrades and feature releases
- Implement RBAC and authorization concepts
- Configure IAS, IPS, SSO, and identity federation
- Establish AI governance policies
- Partner with cybersecurity teams for compliance reviews
- Manage audit readiness and AI risk controls
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and internal governance requirements
- Integrate Joule with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Build, and BTP Services
- Coordinate with Basis, Integration, and Security teams
