Summary: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Security & Integration Specialist to support a high-priority initiative focused on modernizing authentication and securing integrations across a complex Salesforce ecosystem. This role will lead OAuth-based authentication updates, partner closely with internal and external teams, and ensure integrations remain stable, secure, and compliant. The ideal candidate is a Senior Salesforce professional who has already led OAuth or security-driven integration initiatives and can confidently own complex authentication work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute OAuth 2.0 migrations for multiple Salesforce integrations
- Configure and manage Salesforce Connected Apps, authentication policies, scopes, and tokens
- Replace legacy authentication methods with modern, secure OAuth flows
- Own integration updates end to end, from planning through testing and production readiness
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate integration changes
- Troubleshoot authentication and integration issues across environments
- Support integrations involving Microsoft services (e.g., Microsoft Graph, Office 365) and Salesforce features such as Einstein Activity Capture
- Collaborate with backend and integration teams (including Java-based services such as Spring Batch) to ensure compatibility with new authentication models
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation in approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Git)
- Follow enterprise change management, release, and security governance processes
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential integration impacts

- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform security and OAuth 2.0
- Proven experience configuring and managing Salesforce Connected Apps
- Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
