Summary: The role of Salesforce Technical Lead involves serving as a senior technical authority within the Salesforce practice, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. - Lead technical teams and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce ecosystems including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with OmniStudio, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and MuleSoft.

As Technical Lead, you will operate as a senior technical authority within the Salesforce practice, partnering with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead
- Multiple Salesforce ecosystem experience incl Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (LWC, Apex, Flows, configuration)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience leading technical teams and managing delivery across multiple workstreams
- Knowledge or hands on experience with the following technologies is an advantage: OmniStudio, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft
The roles are predominately remote, just 2 days per month in the London office. Candidates must either be SC cleared or eligible to gain SC clearance (this will be provided).
