Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, contract lifecycle management platforms, and enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, excellent Salesforce development skills, and experience with integrations, CLM platforms, code reviews, CI/CD, and enterprise development standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions including product rules, price rules, configuration, discounting, approvals, quote documents, amendments, renewals, and contracts.
- Work extensively with CPQ data structures including products, product options, features, bundles, price rules, product rules, discount schedules, quote/quote line objects, twin fields, and quote-to-order data models.
- Develop secure, scalable, and bulk-safe Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, Platform Events, and Salesforce configuration.
- Design and support REST, SOAP, event-driven, and asynchronous integrations between Salesforce and CLM, ERP, billing, and other enterprise platforms.
- Support CPQ-to-CLM processes using DocuSign, Conga, or comparable CLM platforms, including document generation, approvals, signatures, and contract execution.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices around security, bulkification, governor limits, testability, maintainability, and observability.
- Establish reusable development patterns, coding standards, and code-review practices.
- Create automated tests covering positive, negative, bulk, and integration scenarios.
- Work with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools to support reliable releases.
- Develop technical designs, documentation, and operational runbooks with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate Quote-to-Cash requirements into technical solutions.
- Use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, testing, documentation, debugging, and code review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ data structures and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce security.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous integrations.
- Experience with DocuSign, Conga, or similar CLM platforms.
- Experience with Boomi or comparable enterprise middleware.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other developers.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, or similar.
- Practical experience using AI coding/development assistants.
