- Spearhead the implementation of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and guide the adoption of Revenue Cloud, including solution design, configuration, and data migration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the organization by developing training materials, providing hands-on support, and measuring value to ensure a high return on investment.
- Design and implement scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions that meet the specific needs of a regulated manufacturing environment.
