Senior Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce architecture, Fonteva, and integration/data architecture.

The ideal candidate will lead technical design, improve platform integrity, reduce technical debt, and support implementation and modernization initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce and Fonteva solution architecture and technical design.
• Design secure, scalable integrations and data flows across multiple systems.
• Support membership management, renewals, dues, billing, payments, and related business processes.
• Evaluate existing customizations and recommend solutions to reduce technical debt.
• Support implementation, modernization, and migration initiatives.
• Maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Communicate complex technical designs clearly to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• Hands-on Fonteva exposure.
• Strong integration and data architecture experience.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Association, nonprofit, or healthcare industry experience.
• Membership dues, billing, and payment processing experience.
• Salesforce modernization and technical debt reduction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect.

Technologies

Salesforce, Fonteva, Experience Cloud, Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar CI/CD tools, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
