Summary: As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will lead the development of the Salesforce Front Office architecture and strategy, overseeing large-scale implementations across multiple regions. Your role involves translating business strategies into actionable solution architectures while guiding data, AI, and integration efforts within the organization. You will also establish governance standards and mentor other architects and delivery leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Salesforce Front Office target architecture across various Salesforce clouds and capabilities.
- Define global reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails aligned to Lead-to-Cash and Customer Enablement capability model.
- Lead instance strategy, consolidation decisions, and regional deployment patterns.
- Serve as the architectural lead for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Review, challenge, and approve solution designs and major build decisions.
- Act as the senior technical representative for security, scalability, and operability concerns.
- Define Salesforce's role in the organization's data ecosystem.
- Architect Data Cloud solutions for unified customer profiles and segmentation.
- Guide the use of AI and Agentforce across various Salesforce capabilities.
- Establish and lead Salesforce architecture governance, including standards and design reviews.
- Mentor solution architects and delivery leads across regions.
Key Skills:
- 14+ years of overall software development experience, with 10-12 years dedicated to Salesforce architecture.
- Proven experience as lead or principal architect for large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
- Hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Revenue, Marketing Cloud, and/or Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and subscription-based business models.
