Summary: The Senior Salesforce Architect role is a 6-month remote contract focused on leading transformation projects within the Revenue Cloud, emphasizing Salesforce CPQ and Billing. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong customer engagement skills to drive projects from discovery to delivery. The architect will guide a team and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is classified as outside IR35 and requires the candidate to be based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and design phases with customers to understand business needs, KPIs, and technical requirements.
  • Plan and deliver technical architecture, running workshops to capture requirements and define solutions.
  • Guide a team of 8 professionals, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee adaptive project methodology, ensuring design, testing, and deployment milestones are met.
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, presenting architecture and design decisions clearly.
  • Drive transformation projects across multiple Salesforce Clouds, ensuring scalable and sustainable architecture.

Key Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform expertise across automation, triggers, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ & Billing, with a strong Quote-to-Cash domain knowledge.
  • Proven experience as a Functional and Technical Architect, able to handle enterprise-level projects.
  • Leadership and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and lead customer workshops.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Velocity), OmniStudio, and multi-cloud projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience of working on Revenue Cloud Advanced technology (RCA).
