Summary: The Senior Salesforce Architect role is a contract position focused on leading complex Salesforce implementations, particularly in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing. The architect will engage directly with clients, facilitating workshops and overseeing project execution from discovery to delivery. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformation projects and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and define target outcomes.
  • Design and architect Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and Billing.
  • Facilitate client workshops and translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end project planning, design, and execution using an adaptive methodology blending Agile principles.
  • Provide architectural guidance to consultants and developers on delivery projects.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and future-proof Salesforce solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Salesforce functional and technical architecture experience.
  • Strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and Salesforce CPQ & Billing (code-to-cash).
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud, Vlocity, OmniStudio, integrations, triggers, Visualforce).
  • Transformation experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical designs for business stakeholders.

Role Overview

You'll run workshops, define technical architecture, and collaborate closely with consultants and developers to ensure successful rollouts.
