Summary: We are seeking a Sailpoint Engineer for a remote position, requiring expertise in Sailpoint, Java, and Springboot. The role involves diagnosing and resolving IAM incidents, managing the incident lifecycle, and maintaining professional client relationships. The ideal candidate will also create knowledge articles and monitor IAM operations. This position is focused on ensuring efficient incident management services for clients' IAM-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Manage the incident lifecycle proactively, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.
- Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations.
- Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs.
