Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to provide hands-on troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and optimization of industrial robotic systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The engineer will work on the production floor, diagnose issues at the root-cause engineering level, modify robot programs, minimize downtime, and mentor junior team members.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Pharmaceutical / Pharma manufacturing experience – MUST HAVE
- Senior-level Robotics Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robots
- Strong robot programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with root-cause analysis and robotic cell fault resolution
- Ability to modify existing robot programs for production/process changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Experience mentoring/training junior engineers or technicians
