Overview
Seeking a Senior Risk Management Analyst to partner with a prominent healthcare organization's IT & Risk leadership.
As the team transitions from fully manual processes into an automated ServiceNow environment, you will serve as a subject matter expert and advisor.
In this role, you will collaborate with risk managers and the ServiceNow Product Owner to ensure successful implementation, complete UAT testing, pressure-test training materials, and validate risk assessment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal risk staff and the ServiceNow Product Owner to support the rollout of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules.
- Participate heavily in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying workflow defects, and troubleshooting functional platform issues.
- Guide and coach internal staff through navigating ServiceNow, pressure-testing end-user training materials for the broader organization.
- Validate that risk assessments and automated workflows execute correctly once live.
- Assist risk analysts in entering and managing assessments within the system post-implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Proven hands-on experience navigating and utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid background in risk assessment methodologies, defect identification, and UAT testing.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to coach and advise internal teams.
- Ability to report on-site 1 to 2 times per month at the Med Square location and work within the local time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct functional experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules.
- Industry certifications such as RIMS-CRMP, CRISC, or equivalent risk credentials.
