Key Responsibilities:

• Help existing team to develop application
• Support and development of the COP platform as part of a product centric team
• Participate in product development and test phases, contributing to incident discovery and resolution

• Transfer knowledge of support and maintenance activities to COP team
• Participate in L3 Service support events during product live production phase
• Perform discovery, planning, and implementation on specific COP led product development/enhancement activities
