Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA, Testing, or UAT initiatives with around 5 years of experience.
- Oversee end-to-end UAT programs, including planning, governance, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate business testers and facilitate training.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with executives.
- Operate within large consulting-led implementations.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Adapt to ambiguous and high-pressure delivery environments.
- Engage with CCaaS, Genesys Cloud, Oracle transformation programs, utilities, or large system integrators.
Key Skills:
- 5 years of QA, Testing, or UAT leadership experience.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end UAT programs.
