The role involves leading test strategy, executing complex test scenarios, and driving defect-free delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing. Key Responsibilities:
- Define test strategy, plans, and test cases
- Perform end-to-end testing (Policy, Claims, Renewals, Payments)
- Execute functional & regression testing
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
- Conduct API testing (Postman / REST Assured)
- Manage defects (JIRA / Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor QA members
- Support UAT, performance, and security testing
Key Skills:
- 10–12 years in QA (manual + automation)
- Experience with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- Strong API testing & SQL skills
