Summary: Join a leading healthcare organization as a Senior QA Test Lead, a pivotal role that connects IT and business operations for a major clinical systems project. This position focuses on ensuring that new clinical platforms meet CMS standards and are prepared for provider onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive in testing strategy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a W2 Contract-to-Hire position for 10 months, requiring residency in one of the preferred states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the business side in a lead capacity, writing and executing comprehensive business test cases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Readiness and Central PMO teams to ensure smooth provider onboarding post-testing.
  • Manage and provide business test data across multiple environments.
  • Maintain the project RAID log (Risks, Actions, Information, Decisions), tracking testing outcomes and project risks.
  • Interact daily with development teams, IT, and internal clinical stakeholders to move the project forward.
  • Drive conversations and outreach internally to resolve blockers and gather necessary information.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software design or QA testing.
  • Proven experience in a Lead or Senior testing role.
  • Deep clinical/healthcare background (mandatory for creating clinical test cases).
  • Experience with CMS 0057-F requirements.
  • Experience with the Guiding Care platform.
  • Strong knowledge of RAID logs and project risk management.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Business Readiness or PMO-integrated testing teams (preferred).
