Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA function across a large-scale insurance transformation or migration program, defining and executing the overall testing strategy and approach.
- Design, build, implement, and execute testing frameworks, processes, and governance models using Selenium and other modern automation tools.
- Lead all phases of testing, including:
- Test planning and design
- Environment setup
- Test execution
- Defect management
- Reporting and quality assurance activities
- Work hands-on within a lean team environment, contributing directly to testing delivery while mentoring team members and guiding stakeholders.
- Balance and optimize manual and automated testing approaches to support business-critical delivery objectives.
- Establish QA best practices, testing standards, and governance processes across the program.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience leading and performing QA and testing activities within complex transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience defining testing strategy and executing:
- Test design
- Framework development
- Environment setup
- Test execution
- Strong experience building and scaling automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
- Experience with automation tools such as:
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Tosca
- UFT
