Senior QA Program Manager / Test Manager

Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA Program Manager / Test Manager to oversee governance and quality assurance for large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. The role demands extensive experience in managing enterprise QA programs and engaging with C-Level stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge of Java and .Net to facilitate the migration from legacy applications to SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA governance for SAP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with C-Level executives to provide program updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy Java/.Net applications to SAP, validating integration, performance, and security.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on testing approaches involving Java/.Net systems integrated with SAP.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a QA Program Manager / Test Manager in large enterprise environments.
• Strong background in SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred) with transformation and migration experience.
