Summary: The Senior QA Engineer role is a fully remote position focused on leading testing for platform upgrades and enhancements within a fund administration environment, specifically utilizing SS&C Advent Geneva. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end regression testing, validating accounting calculations, and managing defect tracking. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end regression testing for Geneva upgrades and environment refreshes
- Validating accounting calculations, pricing, P&L, NAV, corporate actions and derivatives
- Designing and executing manual and automated test cases across core Geneva modules
- Managing defect tracking, retesting and release sign-off
- Supporting UAT for accounting and operations teams
- Assessing operational risk and advising on go-live readiness
Key Skills:
- 5-10 years' hands-on SS&C Advent Geneva experience
- Proven track record delivering Geneva upgrade and release testing cycles
- Strong investment accounting knowledge (multi-currency portfolios, fees, performance)
- Experience in hedge fund, asset management or fund administration environments
- Solid SQL and data validation skills
- Automated testing frameworks (nice to have)
- Agile or structured release management experience (nice to have)

What you'll be doing:
