For our client we are currently looking for a Senior QA-Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for both Front End and Back End components of applications.
• Report and track defects, verify fixes, and perform retesting as needed.
• Analyze user stories to create comprehensive and effective test cases.
• Identify opportunities to enhance test coverage and improve overall testing strategies.
• Plan and manage tasks to meet delivery timelines, providing regular progress updates to the manager.
• Collaborate in daily SCRUM meetings to share progress and address issues with the team.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven expertise in defining test strategies and managing end-to-end testing processes.
• Strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships and inspire collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, including customers, testing teams, developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Proficiency in database testing with confident use of SQL for test acceptance queries.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to identify and troubleshoot bugs.
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus, but a solid understanding of business contexts is essential for each project.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
