Senior Python Integration Engineer (SCORM/LMS)

Contract | 3 months Initial + Potential 12 month extension
£400 - £600/day

We're working with a fast-growing AI startup focused on enterprise AI adoption and workforce enablement, helping large organisations embed AI into day-to-day workflows at scale.

The business is now looking for a senior hands-on engineer to architect and build a critical SCORM/LMS integration layer for enterprise clients within financial services.

This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone comfortable owning integrations end-to-end within a startup environment.

The Role

You'll take ownership of designing and building integrations between the platform and enterprise LMS environments, with a particular focus on SCORM 1.2 integration and learner tracking workflows.

The work will include:

  • Architecting and building SCORM integrations
  • Backend API development
  • SSO/authentication flows
  • Learner progress/completion tracking
  • Analytics/event syncing
