Senior Python/Google Cloud Platform Developer - Agent Assist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain the backend infrastructure and frontend applications powering a real-time AI platform deployed across a large-scale contact center environment.

You will develop scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and modern web/mobile applications while ensuring high availability, security, and performance for platforms supporting up to 20,000 concurrent users.

This role requires close collaboration with AI/ML engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Node.js, or .NET.
• Build modern frontend applications using Vue.js 3 and/or React Native.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-powered applications.
• Build cloud-native solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability for high-volume enterprise workloads.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate LLMs, AI services, and AI coding copilots into production applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and automated testing to ensure production stability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Node.js, or .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js 3 and/or React Native.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI Coding Copilots, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Cloud, or other Adobe products.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, or message queues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.
