Summary: The role is for a Senior Project Manager focused on the transformation of identity and access management for a client. Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of an agile project plan with finalized project scope, defined milestones, resources, and budget, as well as establishing a communication and reporting structure.
• Analysis and engagement of all relevant stakeholders, and development of a business case and tender for external IAM expertise.
• Development of a technical concept for harmonized, compliance-oriented IAM processes, conducting requirement analyses, and designing an end-to-end process.
• Identification and mitigation of risks, consideration of compliance and licensing costs, and leveraging innovation potentials.
• Preparation of a decision template including a business case, complete documentation of project results, and derivation of lessons learned.

Key Skills:

• Very good knowledge and experience in agile project management.

Für unseren Endkunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Senior Projektmanager für das Projekt Fachliche Transformation Compliant Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung.

Aufgaben:
* Erstellung eines agilen Projektplans mit finalisiertem Projektscope, definierten Meilensteinen, Ressourcen und Budget sowie Aufbau einer Kommunikations- und Reporting-Struktur.
* Analyse und Einbindung aller relevanten Stakeholder sowie Erarbeitung eines Business Cases und einer Ausschreibung für externe IAM-Expertise.
* Entwicklung eines Fachkonzepts für harmonisierte, compliance-konforme IAM-Prozesse, Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Konzeption eines End-to-End Prozessdesigns.
* Identifikation und Minderung von Risiken, Berücksichtigung von Compliance- und Lizenzkosten sowie Nutzung von Innovationspotenzialen.
* Erstellung einer Entscheidungsvorlage inkl. Business Case, vollständige Dokumentation der Projektergebnisse und Ableitung von Lessons Learned.

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im agilen Projektvorgehen
