Summary: The Senior Project/Product Manager will lead and manage end-to-end project execution in large enterprise environments, collaborating with various stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics. This role involves maintaining project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects. A PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation through completion
  • Partner with Directors, Product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Define objectives, requirements, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and status reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting supply chain initiatives
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimize business processes
  • Support Decision Intelligence & Digital Strategy initiatives from a business perspective

  • Proven experience managing projects in large enterprise environments
