Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of digital workstream activities
  • Manage service design and transition, including acceptance criteria, catalogue definition, and service level/KPI mapping
  • Establish and recruit/organise delivery teams or partners, with input from Programme Manager
  • Oversee delivery management of service creation and product implementation
  • Provide insight on legacy services, validate delivery approach, timescales, RAID, resource, and budget
  • Input into options appraisals, risk/issue/cost analysis
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, plans, updates, and reports
  • Ensure work is delivered to agreed standards, budget, and timescales
  • Sequence technology migrations/rollouts
  • Track project performance against short- and long-term goals
  • Undertake risk management and prepare communications for wider stakeholders
  • Deliverables: Approved project plans, updated monthly
  • Comprehensive logs of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies
  • Regular reporting to project/programme boards, including RAG status and stakeholder engagement
  • Support technical analysis and documentation for systems, data, cloud, security, and integration
  • Solution proposals for transition and post-transition states
  • Support successful transition of staff and continuity of service
  • Support digital delivery setup including cloud infrastructure, system/data analysis, site setup, and knowledge transfer

Day rate: £500 outside IR35
