Summary: Blue Ventures is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Delivery for a fixed-term contract of 12 months to lead the planning and execution of the organization's strategy and change management. The role involves aligning regional and departmental strategies with the organization's 2030 goals, overseeing business process transformations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This position is remote and aims to support the organization's global success in marine conservation. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure effective delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning and mobilisation of the organisational strategy and change management.
- Align region and department strategies with Blue Ventures’ 2030 goals and objectives.
- Oversee the mapping and transformation of key business processes and platform integrations.
- Implement efficacy and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline global operations.
- Drive the successful planning and initial execution of the TOM programme.
Key Skills:
- Experience in strategic planning and change management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to oversee business process transformations.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in marine conservation or related fields is a plus.
