Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new ServiceNow platform for a utilities client. The role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow re-platforming and ITOM implementations, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. The position is remote with occasional office visits and is umbrella-based. The successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a new ServiceNow platform for a utilities client.
- Manage the implementation of ITOM and asset discovery.
- Oversee out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
- Facilitate Agile delivery environments.
- Engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Produce high-quality documentation and reports.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a ServiceNow re-platforming project.
- Experience implementing ITOM and asset discovery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
