Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ServiceNow platform for a utilities client. The role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow re-platforming and ITOM implementations, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. The position is remote with occasional office visits and is umbrella-based. The successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a new ServiceNow platform for a utilities client.
  • Manage the implementation of ITOM and asset discovery.
  • Oversee out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively and facilitate discussions.
  • Analyze problems and provide strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and reports.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in ServiceNow re-platforming projects.
  • Experience implementing ITOM and asset discovery.
  • Knowledge of out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow implementations.

Candidate's required experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a ServiceNow re-platforming project.
  • Proven experience of implementing ITOM and asset discovery
  • Out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
