Contract: Initial 3 Months

Location: Remote, with some travel expectations

Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven ServiceNow delivery experience to lead a large-scale enterprise application implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and ensuring successful outcomes across the full application development and deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive delivery through the full application lifecycle:
• Requirements
• Design
• Build
• Test & Training
• Deployment
• Hypercare
• Handover to Support
• Ensure effective planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery control throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering a ServiceNow implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of the software/application development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrable experience managing projects through requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Strong project governance and controls experience, including reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and deliverable tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams and workstreams.
• Experience from large enterprise organisations
• PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
• Available at short notice.
