Summary: The Senior Project Manager role focuses on delivering a global Go To Market assignment within the Fintech or Financial Crime Compliance sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex projects in large global organizations.
- Work closely with Go To Market project managers and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
- Drive and force decisions when required.
Key Skills:
- Strong project management experience in complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA or Master's in Project Management).
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without authority.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
- Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive strategic outcomes, and align projects to business objectives.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.

They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Fintech or FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) to help deliver a global Go To Market assignment.
The role sits within the Global Products & Analytics/Financial Crime, and requires a project manager who is use to delivering complex projects in large global organisations.
You will be working closely with a number of Go To Market project managers, negotiating with multiple stakeholders, driving and forcing decisions when required.
