Summary: The Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading a major broker transformation project that emphasizes operational efficiency, AI enablement, and changes to the operating model. The position requires managing end-to-end program delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives related to AI and automation. This is a 6-month initial contract with occasional travel to London, classified as outside IR35. The role demands a strong background in insurance and proven experience in large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end programme delivery
- Own governance, plans, budgets and outcomes
- Drive operational efficiency with clear cost and process benefits
- Lead AI and automation initiatives and delivery roadmap
- Simplify structures and redesign operating models
- Engage senior stakeholders up to ExCo and Board
Key Skills:
- Insurance experience with a strong understanding of Broking
- Proven delivery of large scale transformation programmes
- Strong operational efficiency delivery track record
- Operating model design experience
- RIO/Benefits realisation experience
- Experience across AI or automation programmes
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
