Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager involves leading complex enterprise cloud and infrastructure initiatives for a direct state client. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Manage cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting strategies.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage traditional Waterfall project activities, depending on project requirements.
- Monitor project performance using established metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Coordinate activities in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing cloud or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience successfully delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects involving multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with cloud migration methodologies, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and full project delivery lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.
- Experience coordinating projects across hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud security, and data migration best practices.
