Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of project initiation, including coordinating discovery, workshops, and platform build.

- Working closely with finance directors, CFOs, and other finance stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering at least one end-to-end global Business Central implementation.
- Strong understanding of localisation and multi-country rollout challenges.
- Solid IT Project Management background with a hands-on delivery approach.
- Some finance/accounting domain knowledge.
- Ability to operate as a sole PM in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365, preferably Business Central or F&O with BC.

I’m working with a high-growth, acquisitive UK and European organisation embarking on a global Business Central implementation, and they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the project. This is a high-profile role where you’ll take ownership of a multi-entity, multi-country platform build, working with country-specific vendors, and ultimately delivering a UK and European-wide rollout. You’ll work closely with FDs, CFOs, and finance stakeholders across the business.
The role will cover:
- Phase 1: End-to-end ownership of project initiation – coordinating discovery, workshops, and platform build, working with multiple in-country vendors to drive delivery
- Phase 2: Ownership of the multi-country rollout across various entities (months 6–9, if extended)
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end global Business Central implementation
- Strong understanding of localisation, multi-country rollout challenges, and integrations
- Solid IT Project Management background, with a hands-on delivery approach
- Some finance/accounting domain knowledge (no need to be an accountant)
- A pragmatic, “roll your sleeves up” mindset – not just governance, but real execution
- Comfortable operating as a sole PM in a high-impact, fast-paced environment
- Other Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 experience considered, but preference is Business Central, or F&O with BC preferable.
