Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning day-to-day client relationships across multiple Shopify projects
  • Leading discovery, scoping and pre-sales conversations
  • Managing delivery with internal and partner development teams
  • Acting as the commercial owner of the portfolio, spotting upsell, expansion and retention opportunities
  • Being the main point of contact from first call through to post-launch support

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role at a digital, e-commerce or web agency
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects in parallel
  • Strong commercial instinct – comfortable discussing scope, pricing and growth opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Genuinely interested in e-commerce, brands and how online businesses scale

We’re hiring: Project Manager (UK) Join Pluro – a fast-growing Shopify agency working with ambitious, high-growth brands. Pluro is a UK-based Shopify agency specialising in building and scaling premium e-commerce brands. We work with high-growth, founder-led businesses across fashion, lifestyle, health and beauty, delivering complex Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions. As we scale, we’re looking for a strong Project Manager / Account Manager hybrid to take ownership of client relationships and delivery. This is not a traditional ticket-pushing PM role. You’ll sit at the heart of our client work: managing projects, owning key accounts, and helping grow the commercial value of each relationship.

The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our client engagements:
