Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large and complex projects involving multiple parts of the organisation.
  • Work with senior leaders to define what the project will deliver and what success looks like.
  • Choose the right delivery method, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a Hybrid approach.
  • Set up and manage governance structures like project boards and steering committees.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and financial controls.
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Work with Business Change teams to help people adopt new processes or technology.
  • Track the benefits of the project and make sure they support wider business goals.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including external suppliers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the project management community.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum.
  • 6 month Fixed Term Contract with an opportunity to become permanent thereafter
  • Fully remote, be based anywhere in the UK
