Summary: The Senior Project Manager for the Data Harmonisation Project will lead the global profitability reporting programme, ensuring the alignment of data, processes, and reporting capabilities across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader adept at managing complex environments and driving decision-making under pressure. The position is fully remote but requires availability to work in the Finnish timezone. The contract is outside IR35 and spans 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the global profitability reporting programme.
- Ensure harmonisation of data, processes, and reporting capabilities across the organisation.
- Manage complex settings and drive decision-making.
- Lead discussions and influence decisions among stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience in Management Accounting and activity-based costing (ABC) principles.
- Experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale programmes.
- Technical competence in reporting and analytics solutions, preferably on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate solid, well-established experience in the following areas:
* Management Accounting, including strong understanding of activity-based costing (ABC) principles
* Industrial/Manufacturing sector experience (mandatory)
* Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale, complex programmes
* Strong technical competence in reporting and analytics solutions, preferably built on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions and influence decisions in complex organisational environments
* A proactive ownership mindset and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and uncertainty
