Summary: The role of Senior Project Engineer involves supporting the delivery of a large nuclear infrastructure project by collaborating with internal teams and managing various project aspects. The position requires obtaining security clearance and entails remote work with occasional site visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and managing risks and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Package Manager responsible for multiple sub-packages delivery.
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure quality deliverables through governance processes.
• Managing schedule, commercial, cost, and risk functions for timely and quality design package delivery.
• Assisting in the development of project scope and solutions for specific work packages.
• Translating supply chain reporting into actionable data for planning and control.
• Managing cost and budget monitoring inputs.
• Overseeing document and deliverable management.
• Managing the risk process including identification, assessment, and planning.
• Assisting with NEC contract administration using CEMAR.

Key Skills:

• Experience in project or design management, preferably in infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing and administering an NEC4 contract.
• Experience in delivering nuclear safety implicated structures, equipment, or services.
• APM project management qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation is a plus.
