We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage our client's digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects that are critical to our client's growth and operational efficiency. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the service industry, a solid understanding of digital transformation, and a proven track record in agile project management.What you will be doing Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints.Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure transparent communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes by the operational and engineering teams.What you will needExperience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale digital transformation projects.Industry Expertise: Strong background in the service industry, preferably with experience in sectors involving field operations, maintenance, or engineering.Digital Transformation: Proven experience in delivering digital solutions that drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer service, and support business growth.Education: A degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
