Role summary
This program will advance an enterprise-wide application rationalization and portfolio planning initiative.
Discovery of the application landscape and ownership has been completed; the next phase focuses on deeper scoping, prioritization, financial alignment, and execution planning.
The program manager will coordinate multiple complex workstreams and cross-functional dependencies, while partnering with product leaders, project managers, Scrum Masters, and senior IT stakeholders.
The work calls for someone who can stay hands-on with delivery, understand impacts across connected initiatives, and keep financial and business outcomes visible.
What the role requires
- Direct experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The platform will be used to track portfolio work, costs, and benefits.
- Experience supporting application rationalization, portfolio planning, IT transformation, or strategic investment initiatives.
- Ability to track program financials and assess costs, benefits, savings, ROI, and investment decisions.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams with significant cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong communication and coordination with business and IT stakeholders.
- A hands-on program delivery background. This is not a PMO leadership or resource-management role.
