Summary: The Senior Program Manager will lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative focused on integrating large-scale business application portfolios. This role requires collaboration across business and technology organizations to drive application rationalization, facilitate executive decision-making, and guide the execution of a complex, multi-year program. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-scale program initiatives focused on application portfolio rationalization and transformation
- Drive roadmap execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
- Facilitate application disposition discussions and strategic decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups
- Build alignment among business leaders, application owners, architects, and executive sponsors
- Develop governance processes, operating rhythms, and program reporting frameworks
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into actionable plans for leadership audiences
- Partner with technology and business teams to support future-state planning and implementation activities
- Ensure business continuity considerations remain integrated into transformation efforts
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, decisions, action items, and status reporting
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or M&A integration programs
- Demonstrated success managing application portfolio rationalization, consolidation, or modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of ERP environments and associated business processes
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing multiple workstreams within complex organizational environments
- Executive presence and communication
- Ability to influence without formal authority

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
