Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program / Engagement Manager with 15+ years of US Healthcare experience and strong UiPath/RPA Automation expertise to lead enterprise healthcare technology and digital transformation programs.
Must-Have Skills
- 15+ years of US Healthcare Technology experience
- Strong experience in Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences
- UiPath / RPA / Intelligent Automation experience – Must Have
- Strong understanding of programming and software development concepts
- Experience with one or more programming languages: Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Ability to understand application architecture, code, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies
- Experience leading enterprise automation and digital transformation programs
- Healthcare experience with EHR/EMR, RCM, Claims, Prior Authorization, PBM, or Healthcare
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, HIPAA, and CMS
- Experience with Azure/AWS, cloud modernization, DevOps, and integrations
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI, proposals, discovery workshops, and pre-sales
- Strong client engagement, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
