Summary: The Senior Product Owner role involves leading IT product initiatives, collaborating with various program areas, and managing the product intake process to deliver business-valued solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Work across a team of IT Product Owners and with multiple program areas to build solutions for education programs.
• Own the Solution Functionality for the program area, establishing subject matter expertise in IT solution functionalities.
• Manage the product intake process of new functionality, providing business-valued solutions.
• Serve as a relationship manager to product areas, building strong relationships and consulting on technology solutions.
• Develop strong interdependent relationships with project managers and scrum masters to support IT solutions.
• Champion Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Define the product needed to deliver projects from the perspective of the larger ecosystem.

Key Skills:

• Ability to influence and instruct team members in a matrixed reporting relationship.
• Strong command of Agile philosophies and principles.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining the IT solution vision and landscape.
• Facilitate product vision and requirements gathering within an Agile framework.
• Ability to decompose solutions into manageable deliverables.
• Strong organizational, estimation, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to pivot as business needs change.
• 3-5 years' experience in Requirements Gathering and Solution definition as a Product Owner.
• 3-5 years' experience in Agile methodologies, including leading scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
