Summary: The Senior Product Owner will lead the development of a next-generation sales experience platform for Personal Lines Auto Insurance, focusing on customer-facing sales workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and elaborate complex product backlogs across multiple stakeholders
- Translate evolving business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate daily with engineering teams during standups and sprint execution
- Partner closely with UX / Experience Design teams to shape front-end experiences
- Drive product discovery, refinement, prioritization, and delivery execution
- Work cross-functionally with distribution, product, design, and technical teams
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and backlog grooming
- Ensure alignment between front-end user experience and back-end insurance product capabilities
- Use data, customer feedback, and product thinking to drive decision-making
- Communicate roadmap priorities and design decisions across leadership and delivery teams
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience
- Strong insurance domain experience (Personal Lines Auto highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience supporting front-end / UX-driven product initiatives
- Proven success managing large-scale modernization programs
- Deep experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong backlog ownership and Jira expertise
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams
- Ability to manage complex, evolving requirements across multiple stakeholders

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to support the development of a next-generation sales experience platform for Personal Lines Auto Insurance.
This role will focus on building and managing product backlog initiatives for customer-facing sales workflows embedded within existing quoting applications. You’ll work closely with engineering, UX/design, insurance product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, intuitive digital experiences for both internal call-center agents and external independent agents.
This is a critical role supporting a major OneAuto modernization initiative targeted for 2027.
