Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products for our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. The ideal candidate will have direct healthcare revenue cycle experience and the ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of product management within the healthcare sector. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle for RCM initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle Operations, Billing, Engineering, Clinical, and Compliance teams to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
- Oversee system integrations, data quality, vendor relationships, and Agile product delivery.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise healthcare software.
- Direct Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM) and Billing experience supporting provider organizations.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Patient Billing, Claims Processing & Adjudication, Charge Capture, Denials Management, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Integrity, Eligibility & Prior Authorization.
- Experience with EHR/RCM platforms such as Epic Resolute, Cerner RevCycle, Athenahealth, NextGen, or similar.
- Strong Agile, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering experience.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with AI/automation in Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial reimbursement, and value-based care.
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and healthcare system integrations.
