Title :Senior Product Manager - Data and Analytics

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, and recommendation/personalization products. This person should have started their career in a data-focused area such as Data Science, Analytics, or Decision Science and later moved into true Product Management with ownership from concept through launch.
Must-haves:
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Strong end-to-end Product Management experience
- Background in Data Science, Analytics, Decision Science, or similar
- Experience owning data-driven products
- Hands-on experience partnering with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, testing, and model-driven products
- Experience building or managing a recommendation / personalization system
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Consumer Directed Health, healthcare, or benefits technology
Nice to have:
- Benefits decision-support / personalized guidance platforms
- Employee benefits technology experience
- AI/ML or agentic AI product experience
- Exposure to platforms such as Nia or Jellyvision
