Summary: The Senior Product Designer at DoiT will play a crucial role in enhancing digital product experiences for the PerfectScale platform, focusing on user-centered design methodologies. This remote position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that improve user experience and engagement. The designer will be involved in all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes creativity, detail orientation, and a strong understanding of digital product design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products, using a customer-focused, iterative design process
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
  • Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
  • Product Design: Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights, including but not limited to user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
  • Design Iteration: Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
  • User Advocacy: Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practices

Key Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
  • A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
  • Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including but not limited to Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
  • Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.
  • Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, lo and hi-fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications, and related documentation.
  • Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
  • Experience working on a high-performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership, and other key partners.
  • An online portfolio of professional work is required.
