We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience and a proven consulting background.
- Workflow Data Fabric and AI experience most important
- Active CAD, CSA, CIS certifications
- Consulting Background
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience or comparable Enterprise SaaS platform experience
- 5+ years of practitioner experience in areas such as Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, or Asset Management
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI and Workflow Data Fabric
- Experience with AI Control Tower is preferred
- ServiceNow certifications are critical: CAD, CSA, and at least 1 CIS certification
- Consulting / Professional Services background is mandatory
- Strong client-facing communication, workshop, advisory, and solution delivery experience
