Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Engine Shop Visit Management, including contract negotiation and workscope oversight.
- Conduct Pre-Purchase Inspections and Technical Records Reviews.
- Support Back-to-Birth Traceability & Records Pack Builds.
- Provide BSI Support, including remote reviews and witnessing.
- Communicate effectively with clients and TGIS leads, raising issues early with practical solutions.
- Deliver projects to a high standard, on time, with minimal oversight.

- A senior-level background in Engine Fleet Management or Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience in Engine Shop Visit Management, including contract negotiation and workscope oversight.
- Exposure to airline, lessor and/or OEM environments.
- A solid understanding of lease redelivery, records compliance, and engine commercial risk.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking, particularly in technical records reviews and back to birth trace builds.
