Summary: The Senior Power Platform Architect is tasked with designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive adoption of best practices. This role requires a hands-on approach, guiding development teams and overseeing solution design reviews. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in solution architecture and a strong understanding of agile frameworks. Additionally, familiarity with AI tools for intelligent automation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps: Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and environment strategy.
- Experience establishing governance and scalable ALM pipelines. (Power Platform Pipelines experience preferred)
- Hands-on background integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
- 5–8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application design, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and ability to lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing requirements.
- Preferred: Experience using AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI to deliver intelligent automation, predictive insights, and conversational AI within Power Platform, with a focus on governance and scalable integration.

This role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture, ensure adherence to security and compliance policies, and drive adoption of scalable, reusable components. The architect also oversees solution design reviews and guides the development team in aligning with best practices, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and CoE (Center of Excellence) standards.
